Returns
Returns are not eligible for orders.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not eligible for custom orders. If your item has all tags and labels attached, remains unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and is within our 2 day exchange period, you can place an exchange request through the following link:
Once we receive your return item(s) and our backend team has inspected it, we will send you an email to confirm the same. Our backend team will be able to ship your exchange upon receiving your return, and you’ll receive the tracking ID via email.
Items can be exchanged only for sizes, if the wrong order is delivered or damaged product is delivered. Only one exchange is allowed for the original product in a different size after. If you notice any damage in the products, kindly share an unboxing video of the package at the time of delivery, to prove the claim.
Please Note: Processed Orders can't be cancelled. Also, we only have a store credit policy in case of returns.
