Processing & Handling Time

  • All orders will be delivered within 7-10 days.

  • Customized or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Estimated processing times will be provided on the product page.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do/do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Certain international destinations may have restrictions or limitations on shipments. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you promptly.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Sante Couture is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

  • Sante Couture is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped.

  • If your package is missing, please check with the carrier first. If further assistance is needed, reach out to us at support@santecouture.in

  • For damaged items, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos and details of the issue.

Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be modified once they have been processed.
